Garden Design

There is an element of design in all garden construction. It may be very simple or extremely complex. We listen to all our clients; finding out what is important to them in the garden, and then produce a scale plan showing the main features.

- Producing a design within the clients budgetary constraints

- Lifestyle

In most instances we have the experience and expertise to offer design services 'in house' However, there may be occasions where we feel that the input of an experienced designer may be required. In these instances, we will introduce a fully vetted and local designer who will, working in conjunction with the client and ourselves, produce a comprehensive detailed plan

for a reasonably priced fixed fee.

Please note that 'in house' designs are provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to retain the scale drawing until acceptance of the construction phase.

Construction

Once the final garden design has been approved we will then prepare a fully detailed estimate which will include dimensions, details of the proposed materials, and construction detailing. Where they are applicable, we build to British Standards as a minimum, adhere to all Building Regulations, Health and Safety legislation and Permitted Development Rights. We have experience of the new SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) and can offer comprehensive,

informed advice if this is of interest to you.

We will be pleased to provide an example of the standard estimate proposal at our initial consultation.

We carry full Public liability Insurance to provide peace of mind in the unlikely event of an untoward incident.

We firmly believe that it is important to remember that during the construction phase we are 'invading' your home! We always act with consideration and care. The comfort and wellbeing of you and your family are paramount. Our aim is that you consider us as welcome guests.
